Roof replacement
Choose replacement when hail, wind, or age has worn out most of the roof—not just one corner. A few missing shingles after wind can still be a repair.
Storm damage roofing
Call after hail, wind, or fallen limbs—especially if vents are dented, granules are in the downspouts, or neighbors on the same storm are replacing roofs. Hail damage does not always leak the same day.
Roof repair
Repair is the right job when we can find the leak or the damaged piece and the rest of the roof still has years left.
Roof inspection
Ask for an inspection before you buy a house, after a storm, when you see a stain, or when you want a clear picture before you approve any work.
Gutter installation
Call when gutters overflow, hang, or dump water against the house instead of away from it.
Commercial roofing
Call for an office, apartment building, or other managed property that needs an inspection, a leak repair, maintenance, or a new low-slope or steep roof.
Ice dam repair
Call after winter leaks on exterior walls or rooms under the eaves, or when you see thick ice along the gutter. This is most common in Minnesota and other freeze-thaw markets.
