What we look at
- Shingle or membrane condition and remaining life
- Flashing at walls, chimneys, valleys, and edges
- Vents, pipe boots, and skylights
- Gutters, downspouts, and where water lands
- The attic or underside of the deck when we can get in
- Hail or wind marks after a storm
What changes the price
